unlike the other reviewer, I had no adverse reaction to this product. Male “enhancement” products can only be expected to do so much before one strays into the realm of fantasy, but what I found from using this product steadily for 60 days exceeded my expectations. I’m 44 years old and of average health (meaning I should work on it) and have noticed that my orgasms are more intense and of longer duration, my erections are stronger, and my rebound time has greatly improved. Prior to use of this product, once a night, 2x a week was about the extent of my libido and ability, now I could (girlfriend willing) indulge on a nightly basis both in the urge and ability to follow through.

Pain in the groin, November 5, 2007

I ordered a 90-day supply of this product. This is the 4th different product I have tried without success. But this one caused a painful swelling in my groin area after only 3 days. I had no such reaction from the others. After stopping for a week, the pain and swelling went away. Just to rule out coincidence, I took them for 2 days and the painful swelling returned. This product appears to do what it says it will do – increase a woman’s libido during menopause. It does take a couple of months to notice a change – but there is a change. Be patient – give it a try for a minimum of 2 months to start seeing your libido (being “in the mood”) start to ramp up!

MUST HAVE!, August 17, 2010

I’m 22 years old and birth control has KILLED my libido. I know this is for menopausal women but let me just tell you…I will NEVER be without this product again! Most women take a month or two for this to start working but oddly, to my surprise, the first night I took these my body responded to my fiances advances. I hadn’t had that happen in 2 years. Now it’s day 4 and let’s just say 4 times now my body has responded the way it is suppose to

Excellent choice!, October 16, 1999

I hardly know where to start in praising this book! The writing is very frank, and may provide more than some parents wish their kids to know at this stage. The drawings are cartoonish, but still realistic enough to make sense and appeal to kids. Two friends, a bird and a bee, appear on every page to make comments on the text, and provide every reader with someone to identify with – the bird is excited about growing up, while the bee is embarrassed and not as interested. Boys and girls will appreciate knowing that they are learning the same stuff (there aren’t two copies for either gender). Just about every topic is addressed, if briefly: reproduction, homosexuality, physiology, menstruation, erections and ejaculation, changes in body shape and smell, changes in emotions, masturbation, families and pregnancy, birth control/family planning, sexual abuse, STD’s and AIDS – everything! The best part, though, is the two page spread of drawings of different types of naked bodies: fat, thin, tall, all colors, all ages, even people in wheelchairs. These two pages alone are worth the price of the book.

A wonderful, thorough book, BUT…, June 28, 2001

The thoroughness of this book is key for your preteen to get the truth about his/her body and other sexual topics. It really contains almost anything a preteen would want to know. The two-page spread of naked bodies is reality without being pornography! It’s really a hit over the head that most people don’t look like supermodels! (your kid might feel better about his/her body – chances are, they have a more attractive one!) BUT…some of the info is embedded in other sections; repetition might have been useful for a child who is picking and choosing what material he/she is ready for. This book is NOT for the age group it’s recommended for; you should start with "It’s So Amazing" – a five-star book in every way. Finally, "Normal" equates a crush with "sexual attraction" and I’m not so comfortable making that assumption! A nine-year-old need not consider that he/she is already experiencing sexual attraction. You might want to explain how it feels (for each gender) to be sexually attracted to someone, and that he/she might not feel that way for many years (especially if it’s a girl, she might only desire as much as kissing!). Perhaps the first time he/she feels sexually attracted is the bench mark when he/she should make sure to read the rest of the book!

It’s Perfectly Normal, January 7, 2001

Kids talk about sex A LOT. The problem is they often pass on incorrect information. This book is perfect to make sure that what they learn is correct, accurate and healthy. I read 1/3 of this book to my 9-year-old daughter and despite the late hour, she was mesmerized. The pictures are explicit, but is necessary so that children make no mistake about what is being discussed. It also has funny cartoons that address people’s attitudes about sex, and which a kid can relate to. I like the part where it covers the various definitions of sex: gender, desire, reproduction, intercourse and homosexuality. Kids really do get warped concepts of sex and this book covers all the ways people talk about it (silly jokes) and their attitudes about it. The book also covers anatomy, puberty, families and babies, birth control, and staying healthy. It’s well organized, well-written and concise. I recommend every parent who hears the word sex uttered from their child’s lips, read this book to him/her. Even teenagers can benefit from this information.

Sextagin got the results I was hoping for. I am on my third bottle and am very happy with it. I am not naive so I didnt expect miricles but I found this to help me with both size and stamina. I had been using Viagra for the last couple of years but Viagra didnt help me with size, was not as safe, and is very expensive. I have a couple of friends that use sextagin also. I dont know if it helped them with size but I know they like the product and recommended it to me.

I have only been using this product a relativley short time but am already impressed with the results. I have had better performance and can hold an errection much much longer. I am gradually seeing size improvements also but I know that probably takes more time but things are trending in the right direction. This product is yohimbe free which is why my doctor didnt talk me out of it. I look forward to seeing how things continue to improve.

Sextagin works but the delivery was slow, March 13, 2010

I ordered it by priority mail because I wanted to take it on my business trip but it didnt arrive until the 4th day. After checking with the post office, they said that you cant count Saturday and Sunday as part of the 2-3 day priority mail delviery estimate however so maybe its unfair to judge so harsh on that.

Now to the product. This doesnt contain Yohimbe, which is why I wanted it. My doctor cautioned me away from any products with yohimbe and told me that they were not safe. He uses sextagin and recommended it to me. I found that it works almost as well as Viagra but costs much less, without the dangerous side effects of Viagra.

I wasnt really looking for improvements with size, I just wanted a firmer errection and be able to go longer. Well, sextagin delivered for me! My doctor cracked a big smile and just said; you’ll see what I mean. I am not trying to make this product sound better than it is but I do really like it and will continue to buy more. It is helping with me with size however :>

This book serves a useful purpose by putting this message very much in the face of men: erections are produced by blood flow; if you want better erections and improved sexual health, there are no shortcuts that bypass the need for better health.

It’s well documented now that aerobic exercise improves erections, weight loss improves erections, proper rest and proper hormone balance…all improve erections. I’ve found many men become motivated to lose weight, walk, and quit smoking when their sexual function begins to wane. This book should help motivate and instruct men to better health by linking health to sexual function.

Dr. Lamm’s a big fan of L-arginine at a dose of 3 grams per day. Arginine and glutamine boost growth hormone levels in those with a healthy pituitary and lead to improved circulation and better erections. I’ve found patients do better with glutamine than with arginine (glutamine causes less nausea and can be taken at a higher dosage): try (if your doctor approves) 12 grams per day (best taken as a powder mixed in water since 12 grams would be 24 tablets at 500 mg each) for best source, see my list “Libido, Erection, and Premature Ejaculation.”

The most important recommendation in the book is walking. There is no doubt now that walking (or jogging..but not necessary to jog) does more to prevent obesity and to improve and maintain sexual function than anything possible with diet.

I haven’t seen as much success with the counting-steps method as outlined by Dr. Lamm as I have with those who just go walking and count miles, but the basic idea that walking improves sexual function cannot be ignored. Not only does the practice improve circulation and firmness of erection but alters levels of seratonin, dopamine, endorphins, cortisol, thyroid, growth hormone, and testosterone in ways that support libido and sexual function.

Dr. Lamm makes the point that hormone levels should be optimized (even mentions their replacement in women). This problem is much more common that previously suspected.

As to the “erection drugs” discussed, the recommendation to start with Viagra, Levitra, or Cialis and only go to the use of Muse (an injectable) might be questioned. Dr. Lamm fails to mention that Muse may also be used as a suppository and has a safer side-effect profile than Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis (and in some may even prolong erection after ejaculation).

Dr. Lamm completely leaves out the use of prescription-strength yohimbine (Yocon) which has good effect on erection in 10-20% of men with the added benefit of increasing libido (which the others do not). Yocon has it’s own side effect of irritability and increasing blood pressure in some…still it’s a wonder drug for some and adds improved libido even to those who may use Viagra or one of the other medicines. So, I was disappointed it was left out of the discussion (but then I’m also prone to favor products found in nature…of which yohimbine is one).

The foods recommended by Dr. Lamm should be helpful and healthful. For quicker, easier, and similar results…I’d recommend “the Abs Diet, Eat Right Every Time” by Zinczenco. Start with the paperback version of this book and buy the hardback as addition if you want to better understand the underlying science.

Don’t think Tantric sex got the press it deserved in a book on hardness (short paragraph with no mention of the man’s cycle as discussed in the Tao).

Admittedly, these are comments that have more to do with the art of medicine and plainly Dr. Lamm and I may not bake a cake in the same way…but the main point of the book (that good health results in good sex and there are specific ways to improve health and sex simultaneously) is a point worth repeatedly making. Good sex is the cherry on top; it’s the side effect of good physical, emotional, and relationship health. Dr. Lamm will motivate many to better health in all of these areas with his excellent book.

I am a bit appalled by the two Medical Doctors’ comments. Why would anyone expect a book like this is going to fix all. If anyone has medical condition associated with male health, you have to work on that first before you aim for more.

I am a relatively healthy man. I followed Dr. Lamm’s recommendation. After only 2 weeks on the program, I feel like a real man. I never had ED problem, but just was a terrible performer in the bed. I don’t know whether it is the exercise or the supplements (to someone who can’t tell the difference between Viagra and natural supplements, read some books and then decide what is right for you) or the whole thing, I don’t get tired and just can’t understand how I achieved this kind of performance. I tried Viagra about 5 years ago and didn’t do me any good.

It works! You have to take care of your life, eat healthy and all the others, then you can achieve this. It might not work for everyone, but if you are relatively healthy, follow the program diligently for 6 weeks and what worst can happen?

When I first encountered this book, and read the summary/reviews on Amazon, I dismissed it as another wacky ‘erection’ book. Later on, after reading a few pages in a local bookstore, I bought a copy. I’ve now completely changed my mind. It’s worth reading. Even if you don’t follow his exact plan line by line, you’ll have to do some variant of every step of his plan to restore your erection to its best- so read it, for a template plan, if nothing else.

This DVD guide is exceptionally made. Not only is it education (which is it’s aim) but it is done in a way that it is easy to follow and do. You have many sexual positions explained as the couple perform them. The narration is easy to follow and does not deter from the overall quality and atmosphere of this DVD.

This DVD is for couples who want to explore more of their own sexuality and who want more sexual positions.

One of THE best Guide DVD’s out there, September 4, 2006

My wife and I have watched several ‘guides’ and this one has to be one of the best out there.

Somehow they manage to explain/demonstrate each position in great detail but at the same time make it very erotic. The couples they use in the DVD is really what makes this a 5 star. Its obvious they use real couples who are truly enjoying what they are doing.

Even if you think you know every position possible, this DVD shows a few variations that are suprisingly fun.

A must have for any fun couple out there.

This is a well made ‘educational’ documentry to pleasure, November 29, 2009

After viewing the Dvd and its bonus contents. I have to say this is beautifully made adult movie. The narration is well brief and only applied where it is necessary. The couples perform in the DVD are natural and their body expression with realism. I feel the sense of passion and love in their peformance. Women do really enjoy being part of demonstration. The best is the women in the video are beautiful as well. Big thumbs up. The music is sort of out of date, but tolerable. The music reminded me watching nature education videos (something like that).

The DVD does promise what it supposed to do. It showed all possible positions using bed, other availble funiture, which include performing oral sex in certain positions as well. Very good to know more varities.

The one thing I may think people noticed right away is the picture quality. It is not remasterd to sharper images. You can tell it is direct from ‘VHS’ to DVD. But it does not hinder the enjoyment because it is still clean transfer. The sound is good enough to serve its purpose as well.

I highly recommeded this DVD for someone or couple who want to try more positions to spice up their romantic moments.
