Subliminal seduction can be said to be a type of self-hypnosis. This is very different from the normal concept of hypnosis, since no outside force is involved but rather just a single individual acting alone.
During subliminal seduction, the individual begins by totally relaxing oneself so that both the body and the mind are in a state of calmness. The main goal of subliminal sessions is to bypass the conscious mind and connect directly to the subconscious mind. The mere idea of bypassing the conscious mind sounds impossible to do but that is not the case. The conscious mind is the 'thinking mind'.
During subliminal seduction, the state of relaxation is so strong that the conscious mind quickly loses interest in what is actually happening. Since the relaxation level is so deep, there is not enough awareness of what is happening for the conscious mind to be stimulated. At this point, without realizing it, the conscious mind begins to allow positive thought messages to be fed directly to the subconscious mind. These thoughts are so subtle that the conscious mind does not have a chance to react to them but the subconscious mind is in the perfect mode to react. It can be said that the conscious mind is not listening but the subconscious mind is.
As new thoughts are being channeled to the subconscious mind, new beliefs begin to emerge in relationship to these new thoughts which causes the brain to change thought patterns or habits. One of the functions of subliminal seduction is to heighten the power of suggestion. When new thoughts are whispered aloud, thought patterns as well as their associated behaviors and perceptions are immediately altered.
Studies have been conducted regarding the effectiveness of subliminal seduction for pain management. Since the level of the power of suggestion is stronger during this highly concentrated state, the brain can be taught or reprogrammed to not only react differently to sense of pain, but to change the thought patterns associated with pain. Subliminal seduction allows one to focus on what pain means to them and how they react to it.
Let's look at beliefs for a moment. In general, our beliefs have been stored in the subconscious mind for a long period of time. Since it takes time for a belief to form, it also takes time to change them. Studies have proven that if one desires self-improvement by changing any particular belief, it takes approximately three weeks for this to become effective. It was observed that these subliminal sessions must be done everyday during the three-week period. Another thing to note is that if a day was skipped, one must begin calculating the three-week period again, since any interruption would allow the conscious mind to resist the change.
When soft music coupled with carefully selected messages embedded within it channels the mind to a state of self total relaxation, self development occurs very effectively during self-improvement subliminal seduction.
